What do I need to attend my class?

All you need is a device with an Internet connection

and a comfortable location.

Do I need to prepare any materials?

Unless you want to work on a specific resource you already have,

you do not need to worry about learning materials.

I will provide you with everything you need during the class.

If you wish, I will give you homework for your following class.

What platforms are used for classes?

Classes use video calls on Zoom Meetings.

The appointment is created automatically once you book a class.

If you wish to use another platform, you can contact me.

Will I get notified after I book a class?

Once you book a class, you can add your appointment to Google,

Outlook or iCal calendars and you will receive

a confirmation email with a summary of all the information.

You will also receive a reminder email prior

to your lesson start time.

Is it possibile to make multiple bookings?

Once you have chosen your first desired day and time,

you can click on “Select and add another time” and schedule

your next class on the available dates shown on the calendar.
 

May I cancel my scheduled class?

You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours prior

to your lesson start time, by clicking on the Change/Cancel Appointment button in

the confirmation email you receive.

I will send you a refund with a deduction

of a €0.35 commission fee within 12 hours.

May I change the date and/or time of my scheduled class?

You can change your booking for free up to 24 hours

prior to your lesson start time, by clicking on the Change/Cancel

Appointment button in the confirmation email you receive.

For any change occurring with less than 24 hours notice,

the class will be considered as missed.

Why don’t I see any availability for the upcoming weeks?

I update my calendar weekly.

With each update you will be able to see my availability

for the whole following week.
